I had an enjoyable stay while visiting Johannesburg primarily to see the local attractions. The estate was simply beautiful, with well-kept grounds and a cozy, charming atmosphere. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided great breakfast options every morning. My room was comfortable and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

i had an apartment included with a beautiful bathroom. in general the staff were helpful and excellent. it was in a marvellous and stunning location really close to a big garden in the middle of johannesburg, public transport and johannesburg.

I had a truly remarkable experience at this charming boutique hotel, with its beautifully restored mansion exuding elegance reminiscent of the Belle Epoque era. The exceptional service from the host and staff, along with the stunning decor and impeccable attention to detail, made my stay unforgettable. Breakfasts were a culinary masterpiece served in an exquisite setting, truly among the best I have ever enjoyed. One area for improvement would be the thoroughness of the cleaning service; a little more attention to the floors and hard-to-reach areas would enhance the overall experience.

The location was absolutely perfect because it was just off a big garden in the middle of Johannesburg, public transport and Johannesburg. Houghton district was worth exploring;))

The place was fairly clean with private parking and an exceptionally comfortable bed. I liked the convenient placement of an electric kettle, central heating, and iron/ironing board in the apartment. It had a garden view which is a plus. the staff was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful, so I would come here again.

Excellent breakfast with appetizing food offerings. Rewrite: the breakfast here is excellent with tasty choices and the location is convenient with nearby public transportation and a spacious garden.

The deluxe queen room we booked had a beautiful bathroom, and the hotel's location in the heart of the city was ideal.
